With only 20 days remaining, the reporter bids farewell to acquaintances and departs. Meanwhile, at home, Se-Kyung catches Yun-Sang jotting down secretive notes. Curiosity piqued, she discovers his bucket list, detailing tasks to complete before their impending fate—a list brimming with aspirations yet to be fulfilled.
Su-dong and his wife embarked on a harrowing journey, initially resolved to end their lives through starvation. However, the daunting nature of their chosen path eventually led them to abandon this desperate endeavor. Meanwhile, Se-kyung and Gye-hyang engaged in heartfelt deliberations regarding the potential adoption of their children, Woo-chan and Hae-chan, by overseas families. Despite the appeal of such a prospect, both parents grappled with profound concerns about the fate and well-being of their beloved offspring.

As she gazes upon the scene from a rooftop adorned with a tapestry of vibrant flowers, adults join in the farewell, their gestures echoing the bittersweet departure of the children aboard a whimsical hot-air balloon adorned with cascading messages of Peace, accompanied by an array of balloons dancing in the sky.
